Easter Weekend

Saturday we celebrated a cousin's birthday, and Alexa had her first experience with a pinata, I'm not sure how sold she was, although she enjoyed the candy that one of her cousins shared!
She was rather puzzled when it came to egg dying....

But she did have a great time Sunday afternoon with the egg hunt. Mike hid 24 eggs for her, and she LOVED running around and collecting them. I was surprised at how good she was at it, and how that she was interested in it the entire time.

Sunday night we went to Grandma and Grandpa Bevans house for Easter dinner, and another Easter egg hunt. This time Alexa was too shy to really join in. Lisa snapped some really cute pics of her that night, as well as Saturday night with the pinata, thanks Lisa!

Holidays really are more fun when you have kids, and when they're old enough to really enjoy it! I can't wait til next year when she can enjoy dying eggs, too!
